This privacy policy informs you about the nature, scope and purpose of the processing of personal data within 3Blox. We process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (in particular the GDPR).

• Account data: Email address, username and an encrypted password on registration.
• Game and transaction data: Game rounds, stakes, winnings, balance movements and reward redemptions.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device data and timestamps to secure the service.
• Communication: Content from support tickets and messages to our team.

• Provision, operation and security of the game.
• Handling of deposits, withdrawals and rewards.
• Protection against fraud, abuse and multiple accounts.
• Processing of support requests.
• Fulfilment of legal and contractual obligations.

Processing takes place on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance), (c) GDPR (legal obligation), (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure, fraud-free operation) and – where granted – (a) GDPR (consent).

We store personal data only as long as it is required for the stated purposes or as statutory retention periods require. The data is then deleted or anonymized.

Your data is only disclosed if this is necessary for contract performance (e.g. to payment service providers), if you have consented or if we are legally obliged to do so. Appropriate data processing agreements are in place with the service providers used.
