Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to the use of the 3Blox platform and all services offered through it. By registering an account you agree to these terms.

3Blox is a skill game. The outcome of play is determined primarily by the timing and ability of the players. We provide the technical platform on which rounds can be played, stakes placed and rewards redeemed.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts are prohibited.
• Your login credentials must be kept confidential.
• Participation is only permitted from a minimum age of 18 years.
• Information provided on registration must be truthful and complete.

Stakes are debited from your balance before a round begins. Winnings depend on the level reached and the respective multiplier and are credited to your balance. Reward points are awarded for certain levels and can be redeemed in the rewards shop.

Deposits are made via the offered, vetted payment methods. Withdrawals are usually processed within 24 hours after successful verification. We reserve the right to withhold withdrawals in case of justified suspicion of fraud or abuse until the review is complete.

• The use of bots, automation or scripts is prohibited.
• Manipulating the platform or exploiting bugs is prohibited.
• Collusion to the detriment of other players is not allowed.
• In case of violations, accounts may be blocked and balances withheld.

You can cancel your account at any time via support. We may terminate the contractual relationship with immediate effect in the event of serious violations of these T&C. Remaining payable balance is paid out after any reviews are completed.

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and in accordance with the provisions of the Product Liability Act. Otherwise, liability is limited to typical, foreseeable damage. No guarantee is given for the continuous availability of the platform.

We reserve the right to amend these T&C where this is necessary for legal or operational reasons. We will inform you in good time of any significant changes. Continued use is deemed acceptance of the respective current version.

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
